The Genesis
The year 2020 marked the beginning of a colossal endeavour – a 30-acre land parcel, a visionary idea, and a dedicated team. The goal was to create a liveable space for all age groups, catering to various aspects of life from health to wealth. This marked the initiation of an incredible journey, a journey that was only the inception of something grand.
Community-Centric Development
Understanding the significance of community, the development strategy focused on the central core area. Prioritizing this ensured a thriving neighbourhood from the very start, mitigating the risk of vacant houses and fostering a sense of community. The centrally placed phases 1 and 3 propelled the development of subsequent phases turning Atmos into a dynamic and cohesive living environment.
Nature at the Core
Commitment to sustainable living has been paramount in the development of Atmos. Approximately 38% of the project (comprising of 12-acres of land) is dedicated to open spaces, including roads and six beautifully themed concept parks. The very consciously created Miyawaki Park serves as a carbon sink, contributing to the well-being of residents. The entire community is adorned with Avenue and other Indigenous trees, ensuring a green landscape with a fresh and air-wealthy environment.
Strategic Location and Happy Residents
Nestled strategically between OMR-Navalur Road and Mambakkam-Medavakkam Road, Atmos has now become home to over 700 delighted customers. The six beautifully designed concept parks have become the heart of this vibrant community. If we are to go with the feedback from our residents, it gives us the utmost satisfaction that our parks are transforming the way our customers live. They have not only embraced an elevated lifestyle but are living life in true 6G style.
The Road Ahead
From the thought-crafters to the planners, architects, and the on-the-ground workforce, each played a crucial role in bringing this masterpiece to life. Reflecting on the remarkable journey of the last three years, and fuelled by the energy emanating from Atmos, we are all set to embark on the development of yet another masterpiece adjacent to Atmos, both of which will co-exist and complement each other. And so, the expansion continues with a commitment to creating something truly special for generations to come.
